The Platform is designed to facilitate administrative coordination between individuals located in the United States and independently licensed healthcare professionals located in Mexico. By submitting Consumer Health Data through the Platform, you understand that your information may be made available to licensed healthcare professionals in Mexico as part of the services you request.

Consumer Health Data may also be processed by authorized service providers located in the United States or other jurisdictions that support the Platform’s operations, including cloud hosting, communications infrastructure, cybersecurity, analytics, and other administrative services.

By using the Platform and submitting Consumer Health Data, you acknowledge that your information may be processed across national borders in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.

We may update this Policy from time to time.
