1. Acceptance of These Terms

Welcome to the Human Paths Platform (the “Platform”), operated by Human Paths LLC (“Human Paths,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Platform.

2. Description of the Platform

Human Paths provides an AI-assisted administrative platform that collects, organizes, and facilitates the transmission of information for review by independently licensed healthcare professionals.

The Platform is designed to facilitate administrative coordination between individuals located in the United States and independently licensed healthcare professionals located in Mexico.

The Platform does not provide a direct communication channel between individuals and healthcare professionals unless such functionality is expressly made available in the future.

Human Paths performs administrative functions only and does not practice medicine.

3. No Medical Advice

The Platform does not provide:

• medical advice;
• medical diagnoses;
• treatment recommendations;
• prescriptions;
• emergency medical services; or
• determinations regarding eligibility for healthcare services.

Any healthcare services are provided solely by independently licensed healthcare professionals exercising their own independent medical judgment.

4. No Physician–Patient Relationship with Human Paths

Your use of the Platform does not create a physician–patient relationship with Human Paths LLC.

Any physician–patient relationship that may arise exists solely between you and the independently licensed healthcare professional providing healthcare services.

5. Artificial Intelligence

The Platform uses AI-assisted technologies solely to facilitate administrative activities, including collecting, organizing, summarizing, and presenting information for physician review.

AI does not:

• provide medical advice;
• diagnose medical conditions;
• determine treatment eligibility;
• recommend treatment; or
• replace the independent medical judgment of licensed healthcare professionals.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• provide accurate information;
• use the Platform only for lawful purposes;
• refrain from impersonating another individual;
• maintain the security of your devices and communication channels; and
• comply with these Terms.

You represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

7. Communications

By using the Platform and providing your contact information, you agree to receive administrative communications relating to the services you request, subject to your communication preferences and applicable law.

SMS communications are also governed by our SMS Terms & Conditions.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by:

which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Independent Healthcare Professionals

Healthcare professionals who review information submitted through the Platform are independent professionals and are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of Human Paths LLC.

Each healthcare professional remains solely responsible for:

• medical judgment;
• diagnosis;
• treatment decisions;
• patient care; and
• compliance with applicable professional obligations.

10. Availability

We strive to maintain Platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

The Platform may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

11. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its software, design, branding, text, graphics, logos, and other content, is owned by or licensed to Human Paths LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

12. Third-Party Services

The Platform may rely upon third-party providers for infrastructure, communications, hosting, security, payment processing, or other operational services.

Human Paths is not responsible for third-party services beyond its reasonable control.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Human Paths disclaims all warranties except those that cannot legally be disclaimed.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Human Paths LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time.

When material changes are made, we will update the Last Updated date and provide any notices required by applicable law.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to applicable law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Website shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
